Legislatech AI uses a very specific dataset, helping to prevent the tool from having unexpected behaviors or hallucinations.
As the project evolves, we will cautiously add more and more Brazilian legislative data, creating a more complete and useful tool.
The code and data for this search engine are openly available on GitHub, in order to provide more transparency and help other developers.
Legislatech AI is an experimental artificial intelligence project from Legislatech, a product by Brazilian news organization Núcleo Jornalismo, and is still in development. This tool uses all the power of generative AI to assist in discovering Brazilian legislation.
For now, Legislatech AI only has data from Brazilian federal legislation (ordinary laws, complementary laws, statutes and codes), but we plan to expand soon with other information, such as regulatory norms, legislative regulations and state laws.
